Price ranges below are to be considered per room, per night and inclusive of breakfast, service and VAT. All prices are denominated in EUROs (€). Prices do not include administration fees (€15).

In the reservation form it must be specified whether the participant is a weelchair using person or not. It is advisable that weelchair using persons make reservation as early as possibile.

You will be promptly contacted by the Organizing Secretariat if, upon receipt of the booking form, your specific requests cannot be met (hotel class and/or room category). Hotels usually provide very few single rooms, therefore as soon as singles will be no further available, double rooms for single use will be assigned; in this case as well the Organizing Secretariat will contact you promptly.

Reservations will not be valid unless the total price of the reserved stay plus an administration fee of €15 is received. Payments must be submitted either by bank transfer, cheque, or credit card. In the latter case, reservations will be valid as soon as the organizing secretariat will receive credit card details as a guarantee for hotel booking with the authorization to charge €15 for administration fees. Reservations will be not accepted if the credit card is expiring before the date of the event.

Reservations can be canceled at the latest 15 days before the arrival date. After this term the whole deposit will not be refunded or it will be charged on the credit card.

You will receive details of the booked hotel as soon as we will receive the settlement of payment for the whole stay.

Participants willing to pay by bank transfer or cheque should contact the organizing secretariat in order to confirm the amount due.

We highly recommend participants to register on line (now available on this website). As an alternative, participant will be able to download the registration form (now available on this website) and send it by post or fax to the Organizing Secretariat the latest by October 18th. In this case the Organizing Secretariat will only accept payments by credit card.
